1. 崗位職責:

1.Participate in the research and operation management of poultry respiratory calorimetry experiments and equipment, and carry out animal experiments on additives in combination with the company\'s R&D needs
參與家禽呼吸測熱試驗研究與設備運行管理，結合公司研發需求開展添加劑動物試驗工作。
2.Be responsible for the feed preparation of animals in the on-site laboratory, animal breeding, collection of experimental samples and data collection, etc.
負責駐點實驗室動物的飼料制備、動物飼養、實驗樣品采集和數據收集等工作。
3.Be responsible for monitoring the conditions of experimental animals and experimental instruments, and promptly discover and report any situations.
負責監控實驗動物和實驗儀器的狀況，及時發現并報告情況。
4.Communicate the process and results of animal experiments with the supervisor and/or R&D analysts, and track, organize and analyze the data.
與主管和/或研發分析員溝通動物試驗過程與結果，并跟蹤整理分析數據。
5.Validate, write, synthesis and give the results of the studies/tests carried out to its supervisor and by filling in the documents for ensuring traceability.
檢查、記錄、匯總研發實驗結果并交給主管，錄入文檔，確保可追溯性。
6.Regularly presenting the results, writing reports on the studies/tests carried out, and the procedures applied and the results obtained.
定期匯報展示試驗成果，書寫研究/實驗報告，包括實驗流程和取得的結果。
7.Assist in continuous improvement in laboratory, propose new method and suggestions, and to participate actively to weekly/monthly meeting: explain the job done, the job to be done, the potential optimization, HSE concern, training and SOP concern, purchase need.
幫助持續改進實驗室，提出新的方法和建議，積極參加每周/月例會：介紹已完成和需要完成的工作，討論優化空間、HSE和SOP事項、培訓和采購需求等。
8.To coordinate with the R&D team in all the laboratory aspect: HSE, purchase, maintenance, work coordination.
和研發部成員協調實驗室HSE、采購、維護和工作等事項。
9.Other work assigned by department manager.

1.Bachelor or above.
學士學位或更高。
2.Animal science or animal medic.
動物科學或動物醫學專業。
3.Work experience in poultry farm or feed mill.
有養禽場或飼料企業工作經驗者優先。
4.Be capable of conducting animal experiments and managing their feeding under routine guidance.
可在常規指導下具備動物實驗操作與飼養管理過程。
5.Propose and actualize suggestion based on lab experience or basic science.
可基于實驗經驗或基本科研思維獨立提出并實施改進優化建議。
6.Report with good logic and data presence with result analysis.
可進行較好邏輯性的數據分析、報告以及展示。
7.Optimizing, analyzed and expandable lab skills is the key competence.
